  2. Pelar y lavar las papas, zanahorias y zapallo, y cortar en cubitos chicos.

  4. En una olla poner el aceite y cuando esté caliente agregar la cebolla y el ajo. Revolver unos minutos mientras se va dorando y agregar la panceta y la carne. Integrar y dejar dorar.
  5. Agregar la salsa de tomate, sal, orégano y/o condimentos los que les guste, (yo le agrego también 1 cda de azúcar), revolver y tapar hasta que comience a hervir.
  6. Cuando comienza a hervir agregar el agua y las verduras picadas, revolver suavemente que se mezcle todo, tapar y cuando hierva, bajar el fuego a la mitad y dejar por 10 minutos.
  7. Pasado los 10 minutos, revolvemos y agregamos los lentejones que ya las tenemos escurridos. Revolvemos suave para que se integren bien, y dejamos hervir con fuego medio y olla tapada unos 10 minutos.
