  4. En un mortero colocar el ajo, el jengibre, la pimiento, el comino, La cúrcuma y moler todo hasta crear una pasta

  6. Una vez cocidos el arroz y los porotos, agregar las especias cocidas en la sartén y servir. Agregamos el puñado de cilantro fresco.
