- Agregar mitad de la mezcla de harina al relleno de verduras y la otra mitad al puré de papas y mezclar bien.
- Cuando ambas preparaciones estén un poco más firmes, aceitar una asadera, volcar primero el relleno y por encima el puré de papas.
- Por arriba del puré le agregué un poquito de pan rallado para que cuando se cocine, le de un toque más crocante.
- Llevar al horno hasta que el puré se dore (en mi horno fueron aproximadamente 20 min).
- Nota: la mezcla de harina con agua es para que la preparación del puré y el relleno se endurezcan un poco y no se desarmen cuando se sirva.
- Nota 2: Yo condimenté la mezcla de harina directamente y lo volqué en las preparaciones. Se puede condimentar aparte.
