- Acomodamos en una olla bien pegados uno con otros pero que no queden apretados.
- Colocamos un plato encima para evitar que floten y un peso, yo uso la pava con un poco de agua, agregamos el caldo y cocinamos unos 30 minutos, apagamos el fuego y dejamos reposar unos 10 minutos más.
- Quitamos el caldo y el plato, así quedarán listos para servir con rodajas de limón!!!!!
