- El día que cocinamos las lentejas, las enjuagamos y escurrimos dejándolas en un colador mientras cortamos las cebollas y morrones bien pequeños, los chorizos y la panceta en trozos y la carne de cerdo en cubos.
- Rehogamos los vegetales en un poco de aceite hasta que afloje el morrón e incorporamos los chorizos y el cerdo. (Evitar que se pegue en el fondo de la cacerola). Una vez que la carne de cerdo está sellada, agregar las lentejas y cocinar por 3 minutos revolviendo de vez en vez. Agregar el vino y dejar cocinar hasta que evapore el alcohol.
