  6. Dejar cocer por unos 30 min a fuego medio alto.
  7. A los 15 min agregar las cucharadas de arroz, para que se cueza con el tiempo restante de las lentejas, ya que si se agrega antes se vera inflado y recocido.

  9. Si ud nota al termino de los 30 min que están muy secas agregue agua hervida hasta que adquiera la consistencia que ud desea.
  10. Las lentejas puede dejarlas remojando durante la noche o durante el día unas horas para estén blanditas más rápido, pero en caso de que se le haya olvidado al tiempo de cocido le puede agregar unos 10 a 15 min más, ud vaya probandolas hasta que note que estén blanditas.
